Frequently asked questions
What types of custom labels do you print?
Product and packaging labels, freezer and cold-chain labels, promotional stickers and decals, bar-coded and consecutively numbered labels, and blank stock you print yourself. If you can describe it, we have almost certainly run something like it.
How do I choose the right material?
It comes down to what the label goes on, how wet or cold that surface gets, and how long it has to stay readable. Tell us the product and the storage conditions and we will recommend the facestock and adhesive — that recommendation is part of the consultation, not an extra.
Can you do custom shapes and sizes?
Yes. We cut to your tooling or ours, and we hold a wide range of standard dies. If you are not sure of the exact dimensions, give us an approximate width and height and we will finalise them with you before anything goes on press.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector art for line work and PMS colours; at least 300 dpi for full-colour images. High resolution PDF or Adobe Illustrator files are ideal. You can attach yours above, or send it later — a consultation does not wait on artwork.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There are no minimums and no fixed price breaks, so a short run is quoted on the same basis as a long one.
How long does a quote take?
